The rooms here are beautifully decorated 🌺. They're super close to the restaurants, especially the Sushi spot. Plus, you can easily walk to the ocean, enjoy the greenery of the resort, and explore the Riviera Maya area.

The location of the hotel was great, as the piano bar was just a short walk away. We had so much fun singing along to the live music and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere. Additionally, the restaurants were conveniently located, but unfortunately, we noticed that some big groups or individuals seemed unaware of how to behave in a fine dining environment, which was a bit disappointing. On a positive note, our room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and well-equipped bathroom. The service from the staff was exceptional, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The view from our room was stunning, as it was the closest to the beach.

We did experience some issues with the spa services. The hairdresser and wet area were not up to par, causing us to have a poor experience.
